Therapy for relationship anxiety

You overthink messages, fear they’ll leave or pull away before they can. You want to feel secure in relationships and break unhealthy relational patterns.

Whether you’re dating, on apps, in a relationship, just out of one or contemplating re-entering the world of dating, I’ve got your back!

Online therapy for attachment wounds, trust difficulties and fear of being left so you can feel more steady, secure and at ease in your relationships and dating.

  • You’re ready to feel more calm and ease in your relationship or dating life.

  • You know that this can’t continue-constantly flooded with anxiety in relationships, sabotaging your happiness and being stuck in unhealthy patterns like co-dependency. It’s exhausting.

  • You’re unable to trust your partner and don’t believe them when you seek reassurance. Your relationships are more battlegrounds than balanced.

  • You beat yourself up for repeating the same behaviour and you’re consumed with anxiety that your partner is going to leave.

  • You’re ready for personalised, in-depth support to help you get to the root of the problem, so you can finally move forward differently.

Does this sound familiar?

What to expect from relationship anxiety therapy:

  • Exploring where your fear of being abandoned and relational patterns stem from, to get to the root of your anxiety.

  • Connecting with your feelings and needs, and learning how to communicate these.

  • Learning how to tolerate space, conflict, uncertainty, and shifts without panic taking over.

  • Finding healthy emotional separation from your partner and preventing co-dependency.

My approach is tailored and personal to each client. Part go the therapy process is communicating your experience so we can collaborate and refine your goals and support as you progress.

  • Holding space to think about what sort of partner would make you happy, and how you want a relationship to feel.

  • Learning how to trust yourself, instead of seeking continuous reassurance and validation from your partner or dates.

  • Giving you tools, frameworks and resources to manage how anxious you feel and lessen the intensity of sabotaging compulsions.

  • Introducing healthy boundaries that protect your emotional wellbeing.
