Weaving together Somatic Experiencing and Polyvagal Theory. Acknowledging ‘the body keeps the score’ These amalgamate guided practices and psychoeducation re your nervous system. We’ll collaborate to support awareness, regulation and growth.
Can be indoors (Glasgow), outdoors (Glasgow parks/green spaces) or online.

Grounding-gentle guidance to arrive and present
Orientating-to space
Exploration-tuning in to bodily sensations
Somatic-may involve gentle movement
Pendulating-oscillating between resource (something that evokes sensations of potential safety, peace, joy) and potential discomfort (likely linked to what brought you to session)
Titration-we will always spend small amounts of time in discomfort as too much may need to overwhelm (fight/flight/freeze/fawn)
Closing-reflection on session and exploring what may be realistically incorporated in to your life; ensuring you are leaving in as much as a present, resourced state as possible

-Forest Bathing-slow down; listen to the wind in the trees, see the blooms unfurling, taste the herbs, touch the ground holding you, inhale the scent of the pine. Noticing the powerful effect of the elements of nature on our body, mind and soul. Guided sensory led meditations, journalling, reflection and invitations to share with others.
-Foraging-Mother Nature-our original medicine. Discover the world of respectful and responsible foraging. From cleavers for a spring tonic to berries for nourishment. Depending on the season, we will discover a bounty of delights and tips, guidance and ideas for your own foraging creations.
-Nervous System Nourishment-awareness and mapping of nervous system states, somatic practices, reflection and journalling, guided meditations

The Celtic Wheel contains eight celebrations encompassing agricultural/land transitions and astronomical thresholds. We gather in sacred circle to honour these pivotal moments.
Sacred Spirals: Honouring the Feminine Cycle-a separate group offering honouring our female body and physiology with all its cycles.

Sacred Spirals: Honouring the Feminine Cycle-women are cyclical by nature. The ebbs and flows of our bodies are often contorted in to linear structures and harsh ways of operating. These workshops aim to bring awareness in to our cycles and seasonal rhythms. These experiences will furnish you with the means to soften, slow and support your mind, body and soul wherever you are in your cycle and life journey.
