I work with women and men 18+ years old.
Some group sessions are women only (sacred spirals; honouring the feminine cycle and celtic wheel) which will be clearly stated.

I meet most clients weekly. However, I also offer fortnightly therapy where
needed/appropriate. This is something we can explore in your intro chat.Sessions are usually at the same time each week.

1-1 and group sessions take place indoors and outdoors in and around Glasgow, Scotland. Some people enjoy 1-1 in nature/parks in Glasgow.
More details of exact locations of groups will be in event details.
1-1 sessions can also be online.

This is a common and often very difficult question to answer! Many may be used to the prescriptive approach to therapy often used in the NHS e.g 6 sessions of CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy).
However, the truth is one size doesn’t fit all. This can be for a client both frustrating and liberating. You may want a rough idea of when you will ‘see results’ or ‘feel better’ and of course there are practical considerations in terms of cost. On the other hand, we are not constrained by the demands of x number of sessions.
It is difficult to determine how your nervous system and capacity (ability to take on unconscious and conscious change) will respond.
Realistically, if extreme states of fight/flight/freeze/fawn have been dominating ways of being for long periods of time or you are in environments/situations that strengthen these neural pathways, self regulation will take longer for people who are not.
Our modern world and particularly social media is full of hacks, supposed quick fixes and misinformation. However, connecting to ourselves and others often takes a softer, gentler and slower approach.

No. If you are wanting to purely focus on the nervous system aspect (Somatic Experiencing and Polyvagal informed approaches) in your session then this is absolutely fine.
This is your time and space to cultivate awareness, befriend your own rhythms and set your own inner compass.

Unless there is a risk to safety then yes. I will keep you up to date if weather warnings mean cancelling is safest option.
